The linear guide rail is used to support and guide moving parts to perform reciprocating linear motions in a given direction. We use it in the X/Y/Z – axis movements of the fully automatic image measuring instrument. When a linear guide rail is installed, it is less likely to generate frictional heat during operation and is not prone to thermal deformation. Therefore, it can make the accuracy of our image measuring instrument more stable.
