Trading Terms
I. Product Description and Pricing
All product information presented on this independent website, including but not limited to product specifications, colors, and materials, shall be subject to the physical products. The website images and descriptions are for reference only, and there may be minor differences.
The product price shall be subject to the actual transaction price. In case there are any potential tariffs, taxes, and other additional fees, these shall be borne by the buyer.
II. Order and Delivery
Order Confirmation
After the buyer places an order, we will confirm it via email or system message within 3 working days. Order confirmation does not imply that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel the order due to reasons such as insufficient inventory or product discontinuation.
Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, in – stock orders will be shipped within 15 working days after confirmation. For customized orders, the delivery time will be determined according to the actual situation and the actual order quantity. However, during promotional activities, holidays, or due to force majeure factors, the shipping time may be delayed.
Shipping Method
We provide shipping methods such as air freight, sea freight, express delivery, and truck delivery. The shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight, volume, and destination and will be shown during order settlement. The buyer – provided freight forwarder can also be used for transportation, and the actual cost will be charged according to the actual situation.
